The WB Upper Primary TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) is an examination conducted for aspiring teachers who want to teach classes 6 to 8 in government and government-aided schools in West Bengal. It’s a mandatory qualification exam for becoming an upper primary teacher (teaching grades 6-8) in West Bengal schools. The exam is conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE).
This exam will follow the format of the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test). Specifically, CTET Paper 2 is intended for those teaching classes VI to VIII.

WB Upper Primary Syllabus
