The Bihar government has announced the salary structures for teachers hired under the new regulations. According to the Bihar Teacher Recruitment Official Notification, teachers appointed for Classes 1 to 5 will have a basic pay scale of ₹25,000, while those teaching Classes 6 to 8 will receive ₹28,000. Similarly, teachers for Classes 9 and 10 will be entitled to ₹31,000, and those for Classes 11 and 12 will receive ₹32,000. Additionally, components such as Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) have been adjusted to 42% and 8-27%, respectively, while the Medical Allowance and CTA remain unchanged.
